Goseki is brilliant as a wife saying goodbye to her husband, but even better with his reactions when he gets kissed by Yara! And I loved Fujigaya's reactions to those kisses! He looks shocked, scandalized and - more than anything - jealous!

I could've sworn this clip was subbed when it first came out, but it doesn't seem to be listed at the je-index, so I may have just imagine that.

By the way, what to hear a huge coincidence? You know how I randomly call Johnny "Mr. Johnny"? Well, I just happened to meet him and he told me to call him "Mr. Johnny"! Obviously I must have some sort of psychic sense to have known what he preferred to be called! And gosh he's short! But very nice. He totally speaks like a surfer dude, even though he hasn't lived in Hawaii since he was at school (or so he said). And he very kindly bought me lunch and let me sit with his group of oldies after one of the guys with him had accidentally spilled coffee all over my handbag and my lunch when he picked up his cup and gestured with it (I'd been sitting at the table next to them by myself after a soon-to-be-ex boyfriend had suddenly called up to say that he was so late that he would go into work instead of meeting me at the restaurant). But I think the one good thing that came out of the lunch (other than it being a good excuse to go buy myself a new handbag with the wad of cash the old guy gave me!) was that I think I helped score some points for Jin when I mentioned that he'd helped me out in perfect (okay, so I exaggerated slightly!) English when I was lost and had asked him for directions a few weeks ago! Mr. Johnny seemed thrilled about that and spent 5 minutes lecturing about how people should travel abroad and learn to speak English with a good accent. Not quite sure who he was lecturing to! I already speak English and the other 2 guys looked too old to go traveling around learning new languages! Anyway, that's all for NEWShFAN's random tale for today... Time to go and search the internet for places to buy a new bag from.
